Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe matters concerning the conditions and procedures for the use of all services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by Narotech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") on its website (sejinprecision.co.kr).

Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1. User: A person who receives the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Agreement: A contract concluded between the Company and the User regarding the use of the Service.
3. Sign-up: The act of completing the Service Agreement by entering relevant information into the application form provided by the Company and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing the personal information required for sign-up on this site.
5. User ID: A combination of English letters and numbers selected by the User and approved by the Company for member identification and service usage.
6. Password: A combination of English letters, numbers, and special characters set by the User to protect their information.
7. Termination of Use: An expression of intent by the Company or the Member to terminate the Service Agreement after using the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms and Conditions)
If a Member does not agree to the modified Terms and Conditions, they may request membership withdrawal (termination). If a Member continues to use the Service without expressing an intent to refuse within 7 days after the effective date of the modified Terms and Conditions, they will be deemed to have agreed to the changes.
1. These Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon being posted on the service screen, the notice board, or through other means of notification.
2. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary. The amended Terms and Conditions will be announced on the service screen.
If a user continues to use the Service without expressing an intent to refuse after 7 days from the announcement, they will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Terms and Conditions.
3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, they may discontinue use of the Service and cancel their membership registration.
If the user continues to use the Service, they will be deemed to have agreed to the changes, and the amended Terms and Conditions will become effective in the same manner as described in the preceding paragraph.

Article 4 (Applicable Regulations)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Chapter 2 Service Agreement

Article 5 (Formation of Service Agreement)
The Service Agreement is established upon the Company's acceptance of the user's application for use and the user's agreement to the contents of the Terms and Conditions.

Article 6 (Application for Use)
Users may apply for use by recording their personal information on the application form required by the Company on the member information screen of the Service.

Article 7 (Acceptance of Application for Use)
1. Unless there are special circumstances, the application for use will be accepted if the Member accurately fills out all details on the application form.
2. Approval of use may be withheld in any of the following cases:
A. When the application is not made under the applicant's real name
B. When the application is made using another person's name
C. When false information is entered in the application
D. When the application is made for the purpose of disrupting social order or public morals
E. When other application requirements set by the Company are not met

Article 8 (Change of Contract Details)
Members must update any details entered at the time of application if they change. The Member bears responsibility for any problems arising from failure to make such updates. Chapter 3 Obligations of Contract Parties

Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)
The Company shall not disclose or distribute to a third party any personal information of a Member known in connection with the provision of the Service without the Member's consent. However, this shall not apply in cases where there is a request from a state agency pursuant to the provisions of laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, for the purpose of investigation into a crime, or upon a request made in accordance with procedures stipulated by other relevant laws.

Article 10 (Obligations of Members)
1. Members shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:
A. Illegally using another Member's ID
B. Reproducing, publishing, or providing information obtained from the Service to a third party
C. Infringing upon the Company's copyrights, third-party copyrights, or other rights
D. Disseminating content that violates public order and good morals
E. Acts objectively judged to be associated with crime
F. Other acts that violate relevant laws
2. Members may not use the Service for commercial activities, and the Company shall not be held liable for any results arising from such use. 3. Members may not transfer or donate their right to use the Service or any other status under the Service Agreement to a third party, nor provide them as collateral.

Chapter 4 Use of Service

Article 11 (Obligations of Members)
1. Members bear the responsibility for the maintenance and management of their email, bulletin boards, registered materials, etc., as necessary.
2. Members may not arbitrarily delete or modify materials provided by the Company.
3. Members shall not register content on the Company’s website that violates public order and good morals or infringes upon the copyrights or other rights of third parties. If such content is posted, the Member bears full responsibility for all consequences arising therefrom.

Article 12 (Management and Deletion of Posts)
For the efficient operation of the Service, the Member’s memory space, message size, and retention period may be limited, and registered content that falls under any of the following subparagraphs may be deleted without prior notice.
1. Content that defames or slanders other members or third parties, or damages their reputation.
2. Content that violates public order and good morals.
3. Content deemed to be associated with criminal activity.
4. Content that infringes upon the Company's copyrights, third-party copyrights, or other rights.
5. Cases where a member posts obscene material or links to obscene websites on the Company's homepage or bulletin board.
6. Other cases deemed to be in violation of relevant laws and regulations.

Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
The copyright of posts belongs to the poster themselves, and members may not commercially use the materials posted on the Service, such as processing or selling information obtained through the Service.

Article 14 (Service Hours)
In principle, the Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special operational or technical difficulties. However, this does not apply in the event of scheduled maintenance or similar reasons.

Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Use)
You shall not engage in acts such as hacking, linking to obscene websites, or illegally distributing commercial software using the Service. The Company shall not be held liable for any business results, losses, or legal actions by relevant authorities arising from a violation thereof.

Article 16 (Suspension of Service Provision)
The provision of the Service may be suspended in any of the following cases:
1. In unavoidable circumstances due to construction, such as maintenance of service facilities
2. When a key telecommunications business operator, as defined in the Telecommunications Business Act, suspends telecommunications services
3. When system maintenance is required
4. In other cases of force majeure

Chapter 5 Termination of Contract and Restriction on Use

Article 17 (Termination of Contract and Restriction on Use)
1. If a Member wishes to terminate the Service Contract, the Member must personally apply for termination via the Internet,
and the Company will take action after verifying the Member's identity.
2. If a member commits any of the acts listed in the following subparagraphs, the Company shall notify the user of its intention at least 30 days prior to termination and provide an opportunity to state their opinion.
A. Unauthorized use of another person's User ID and password
B. Intentional interference with service operations
C. False application for membership
D. Double registration by the same user with different IDs
E. Dissemination of content detrimental to public order and good morals
F. Acts that damage the reputation of others or cause them disadvantage
G. Transmission of large amounts of information or advertising information for the purpose of disrupting the stable operation of the service
H. Dissemination of computer virus programs, etc., that cause malfunction of information and communication equipment or destruction of information
I. Infringement of the intellectual property rights of the Company, other members, or third parties
J. Illegally using another person's personal information, User ID, and password
K. Posting obscene material on one's homepage or bulletin board, or linking to obscene sites
L. Other cases deemed to be in violation of relevant laws and regulations

Chapter 6 Miscellaneous

Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer)
Members may not transfer or donate their right to use the service or any other status under the service agreement to others, and may not use this as collateral Cannot provide.

Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a Member in connection with services provided free of charge, except for damages caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 20 (Exemption from Liability)
1. The Company shall be exempt from liability regarding the provision of services if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters, war, or other equivalent force majeure events.
2. The Company shall be exempt from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons, such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, or construction of service facilities.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any disruption in the use of services caused by reasons attributable to the Member.
4. The Company shall not be liable for any profits expected by the Member from using the Service or for any damages resulting from materials obtained through the Service.
5. The Company shall not be liable for the reliability, accuracy, or other content of information, data, or facts posted by the Member on the Service.

Article 21 (Competent Court)
In the event that a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's所在地 (location) shall be the exclusive competent court.
Supplementary Provisions

(Effective Date) These Terms and Conditions shall be effective from November 16, 2020.
